Quick and easy side dish.
- 2 cups broccoli, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 tbs slivered almonds
- 1 tsp canola oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Microwave the sweet potato, peel the skin off, and cube the potato. Heat the oil in a saute pan over medium. Add all ingredients and saute until the broccoli is just done.
